Two Palmers licensees are, one of the industry’s most prestigious accolades. semi-finalists in the BII Licensee of the Year awards
Sam Good from the West Bay Hotel in West Bay and Paul Wiscombe of the Anchor Inn at Seatown have both made it through to the last sixteen after a rigorous nomination and judging process in a competition that covers everything from cleanliness through to financial sustainability.
‘The BII Licensee of the Year Award has been going for over 30 years now and is THE award to win if you are a licensee operating in today’s market,’ said Mike Clist, the BII’s CEO.
‘We really are looking for the cream of the crop – a licensee who excels not just in business, but in people skills, training, customer service, food quality, marketing and innovation – they really must be the full package’

After the next stage of judging which begins after Easter the winner will be announced at the BII Summer Event on the 13th June 2017.
