First class pub tenancy package
We give all our prospective tenants a thorough insight into the business opportunities available to you as a Palmers’ Licensee. We’ll set out what we provide – and what’s down to you. How much it costs, what you could earn and how our agreements operate. If you decide to sign-up, you do so knowing we’re committed to offering you a first class support package throughout your tenancy.
Essential to the whole process is confidential financial advice. If that’s what you need, Palmers can introduce you to specialist Licensed Trade Accountancy Practices and Licensed Stocktakers.
Building your business
You’re not on your own. There will be regular business review meetings, with our Manager, Tom Hutchings, who will help you build your business.
Palmers Press is a two-monthly newletter distributed across our estate keeping you abreast of news and events in our pubs, across the industry and at the Brewery.
We offer the facility to create your wine list in-house and offer support in selecting your wines through Palmers Wine Store. There is also additional wine training available to all licenses and their employees. Our highly qualified team can even support in-house wine tastings and other events.
Palmers Brewery retains the services of a professional ratings advice agency as part of your support package. All ratings appeals and negotiations are done via them on your behalf.
