Location Pin

Ship InnCoombe Street, Lyme Regis, Dorset, DT7 3PY

The Ship Inn is nestled away just off the beaten track of the sea front in the historic coastal town of Lyme Regis, next to the Old Mill quarter in the heart of the old town. A wonderful and sympathetic full refurbishment is underway in November , which will deliver a stunning pub to be enjoyed all year round including brand new commercial kitchen. With the pub ready to set sail in early December for the key Christmas trading, we are looking for the right leader to take the helm.

In-going costs will be kept low to attract a partner with potential to grow with us, and finance may be available on start-up costs for the right candidate.

The Ship is due to undergo a major investment in November both inside and out, including formation of a commercial kitchen to allow the Ship to draw from the all year round trade that Lyme Regis offers.

The pub would be suitable to a team with experience of running a similar operation, and we are very interested in talking to licensees with either a leased/tenanted background or from a manged house looking to make the first steps into running their own business with us and the award winning support that we offer.

In-going costs will be kept low to attract a partner with potential to grow with us, and finance may be available on start-up costs for the right candidate.

The Ship has all the makings of a brilliant pub (including a three bedroom flat), and just needs the right leadership to take this historic pub on its biggest journey to date.
