This summer sees a first for Palmers, with the launch of 'The Dorset Pale', a 4.0% session IPA in draught craft keg format.

The Dorset Pale

ALC 4.0% VOL

Deliciously hoppy and brewed using a blend of the finest Maris Otter and Munich Malts, with Citra aroma hops to give a hint of grapefruit on the nose. Dorset Pale is filtered, lightly carbonated and served chilled, making this keg session ale very drinkable indeed.

The craft keg market continues to grow at a rapid pace, and the newest addition to the Palmers range sits perfectly in the premium end of that category, bringing 225 years of brewing knowledge and passion to a new audience.

A story of family, heritage, quality… and beer.

Palmers ales are brewed in one of Britain’s oldest and prettiest breweries and have been since 1794. The only thatched brewery in the UK, Palmers sits adjacent to the river Brit just a mile from Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. All our fine ales are brewed using water from our own naturally rising spring.

Our Head Brewer uses only the finest Maris Otter malt and carefully selected whole leaf hops to produce ales in a way they have been made for generations. Palmers historic brewhouse has a traditional Mash Tun, an open top Copper, along with top fermentation, this is the way ale should be brewed.
