Palmers begin detailed survey on Three Cups

Palmers Brewery, owners of The Three Cups in Lyme Regis, has begun work on a detailed survey measuring the impact of any site development on near neighbours.

Surveyors are contacting all adjoining properties to request access.

Palmers property agent Nigel Jones of Chesterton Humberts said: ‘The architects want to build up a detailed 3D model of the existing position and then use this to see how the proposed scheme will impact on the neighbours. At the same time, further historical analysis of the existing building is being undertaken.’

The surveys are expected to take some weeks to complete. Palmers plans to hold a second public consultation later this year before making a planning application.
