Three Cups report to be published end of Jan

The independent report into the viability of reconverting The Three Cups in Lyme Regis back into a working hotel will be published at the end of January, said Palmers Brewery.

The report from hospitality specialists TRI Consulting will assess the market opportunity and financial viability of re-opening The Three Cups as a hotel.

‘As experts in the field, TRI were asked to appraise the site and the market for hotel accommodation in and around Lyme Regis,’ said Nigel Jones of Chesterton Humberts, property agents for Palmers.

‘We had hoped to receive the report in late December, but delivery has been delayed by the holiday season,’ he added.
