The Palmers Events team has had another busy season, this year taking part in several shows in and around Dorset. The ensured everything ran with the precision of a luxury Swiss watch! The year started with the Yeovil Air Show (our first time at the event), before progressing over the summer to The Melplash Show, our biggest set-up of the year and finishing with a sun-filled weekend in Lyme Regis at Food Rocks where Palmers are a major sponsor. This is a firm favourite with many locals as well as the thousands of visitors staying in holiday accommodation and touring caravan sites.

This year also saw the launch of re-usable plastic glassware, or EcoCups at our outside events, which saw us save upward of 20,000 disposable pint glasses make their way to landfill. They proved so popular, that we have also released them to our pubs to help with our ‘litter free coast and sea’ philosophy.
